Being outdoors brings you new energy to connect with the earth and yourself. Grow some herbs in your backyard, have a picnic with friends on the beach or in a park, or visit one of your local farms like Currumbin Valley Harvest or Freeman’s Organic Farm.
3. Simplify Your Skincare Routine

Try a digital detox for a week or even just a day. Eliminate all social media, tv, and text messaging. Notice how your mood and energy starts to feel. 5. Train Your Body
With warmer weather, being outside is the best way to get your body fit. Find an exercise that you love. Like going for a hike, walk along the beach, yoga, or paddleboard.
6. Simple Foods
Just like your skincare, you should also keep your food simple. Stick to whole foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. For a week eliminate refined sugars, dairy, meat, and alcohol (when finished with the week have a glass of pinot gris in my honor).
